Reservations
We recommend
making your spa reservations 1-2 weeks in advance to
assure desired appointments. A major credit card is needed
to
guarantee all reservations.
Our staff consists of both
male and female professionals. You will be scheduled with
either unless a preference is stated.
Cancellation Policy If you must
reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know 24
hours in advance or you will be charged for the full price of
your scheduled service.
All spa packages require a 48
hour cancellation. Cancellation policy for groups is 2
weeks.
We strictly adhere to this cancellation
policy.
Etiquette For
your ultimate comfort and relaxation experience, we abide by
these courtesies and etiquette philosophies.
Please
arrive 30 minutes early. Arriving late for a scheduled
appointment will take away precious moments of your treatment.
Your treatment will end on time, regardless of how late you
start so the next client is not delayed.
Please check
in at the Reception Desk before your service. Our spa desk
staff will give you a robe and shower slippers along with a
brief orientation and tour of the spa. Your privacy will
always be respected. You will be properly covered during all
spa services.
Pricing To
ensure our guests receive the comfort and satisfaction they
deserve during their time spent with us, we base our pricing
on the complete service time booked. This includes initial
consultation, technical service, ending consultation, and
product recommendations to continue your experience at home
until your next appointment. Prices
are subject to change without notice.
